City Dogs and City Kitties Rescue (CDCK) has dedicated a portion of our new Operations and Intake Center to honor the most beloved family members…our pets. Whether a CDCK rescue or an animal you cherished as a child, a dedicated Rainbow Bridge Memorial Wall is adorned with a limited number (up to 520) 3.5-inch round medallions fit for inscriptions in memory of your loved ones. You and your friends and family can see your medallion(s) anytime you visit our new Operations & Intake Center. Not only will you be paying tribute to an animal that touched your life, but thousands more dogs and cats will be rescued because of your investment in this building and our mission.

Terms and Conditions

  • We can accommodate up to 520 medallions (space is limited).
  • You can memorialize any pet — regardless of whether the pet was adopted from CDCK.
  • Each medallion can be secured for a $250 minimum donation.
  • You can memorialize as many pets as you wish.
  • You can include three lines of personalized text for each medallion.
  • Your email confirmation will serve as your donation receipt.
